Toronto Market Week: Real Conversations, New Directions
Toronto Market Week and Show T.O. recently wrapped up, and we’ve been taking time to reflect on the feedback, the response to new products, and the standouts that made an impact on our customers. There was a lot of excitement around the latest launches, and your input gave us a clear sense of where things are headed. It’s created real momentum going into the next season, with even more new products on the way.
We saw a mix of longtime clients and new faces, from across the city and beyond. That kind of commitment means something to us, and we are so grateful. Attendees made the effort to explore our showroom, ask questions, share what’s working (and what isn’t), and spend real time with the collection. That’s the value of a show like this.
We launched a number of new products this season, and it was clear which ones stood out. The Natura Flow Round and Opus Accent Tables quickly drew interest. The richness of the teak spoke for itself, but it was the sizing options in the Flow series that sparked conversation around versatility. The Aspen Chair in Buff has the right balance with its clean, modern and comfortable style. The Faye Bed in Perfect Taupe, especially with the storage option, was a consistent favourite. Practical and neutral, easy to style and easy to love. The added storage makes it a smart solution for smaller spaces or for anyone looking to keep their bedroom streamlined without sacrificing function.

There was a noticeable pull toward texture, especially with the Ginger Accent Chair and Bench. Customers stopped, took a second look, sat, and stayed. It was a reminder that comfort and material finish still matter as much as the silhouette.
Finishes were a big topic of conversation, with smoked chestnut standing out above the rest. On the colour front, there’s a clear demand for warmer tones such as deep greens, mustard, rust, and avocado. These shades add character without overpowering a space. It’s clear there’s a shift happening and hearing how these trends are showing up in your projects and stores has been invaluable.
We left the week with a lot of clarity, about what resonated, about where the market’s leaning, and about how much value there is in being able to walk someone through a collection in person and hearing their honest opinions.
Thank you to everyone who made time to visit us at TIDC during Market Week, it means a lot. Seeing so many familiar faces, meeting new ones, and hearing your feedback is what makes these events so worthwhile. We’re grateful for the energy you brought to the showroom and the continued support you’ve shown us.
If you couldn’t make it this time, we’d still love to connect. Please let us know if you want to explore what’s new, see what’s coming next, or just talk through what might work for your projects.
Thanks again for being part of the journey, we’re excited for what’s ahead.
Product that is part of the story.
