At Style In Form, we take pride in the quality of our products. Every item is carefully inspected before it leaves our warehouse. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're here to help.

 


 

Returns at a Glance

  • Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving or picking up your order.
  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Merchandise must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Sale items, clearance merchandise, floor models, and special orders are final sale unless covered by warranty or approved due to defect.

 


 

Filing a Claim

Complete our online RMA Form and include:

  • Your invoice or order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damage or defect
  • Photos of the packaging if shipping damage is involved

 

Our Customer Service team will review your claim within approximately 72 business hours. Please do not return merchandise until you receive authorization.

 


 

Claim Resolution

Depending on the nature of the claim, Style In Form may:

  • Supply replacement parts
  • Arrange a repair
  • Replace the product
  • Authorize a return
  • Provide another appropriate solution

 

Many minor issues can be resolved without returning the product.

 


 

Return Policy

  • Returns must have an approved RMA number.
  • The purchaser is responsible for return freight unless otherwise authorized.
  • Shipping, delivery, handling, and assembly charges are non-refundable.
  • Credit will be issued after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

 


 

Product Appearance

We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible. Due to differences in lighting and screen settings, actual colours may vary slightly. If colour accuracy is important, we recommend requesting fabric swatches or visiting one of our showroom partners.
