Our Shipping Policy
We work to ship your order as quickly as possible while keeping freight costs fair and predictable.
When you place an order, we provide a shipping quote based on the entire order. If all items are available, your order will ship together whenever possible.
Split Shipments
If part of your order is in stock and the remaining items are delayed, we may ship the available products first rather than holding your entire order until everything is ready.
There is no additional basic shipping charge for split shipments. The original shipping quote provided for your order remains the same.
Our goal is to help you receive available products sooner without increasing your standard shipping costs.
Additional Delivery Services
Optional delivery services are charged for each shipment in which they are required. These services may include:
- Residential delivery
- Tailgate delivery
- Appointment delivery
- Other special delivery services requested by the customer or required by the carrier
If your order is shipped in multiple deliveries and one or more of these services is required for each shipment, the applicable charges will apply to each delivery.
