We strive to provide accurate, detailed product information so you can shop with confidence. Each Style In Form product page includes specifications, dimensions, materials, finishes, care recommendations, and assembly information where applicable.

If you have questions that are not answered on our website, our Customer Service team is always happy to help.

Product Details

Each product page is designed to provide the information you need to make an informed purchase, including:

Product dimensions

Materials and finishes

Key features

Care recommendations

Assembly requirements (where applicable)

While we make every effort to ensure all product information is accurate and up to date, specifications, materials, and finishes may occasionally change as products evolve. Minor updates may occur without notice.

Natural Materials & Product Variations

Many Style In Form products feature natural materials such as solid wood, wood veneer, marble, travertine, teak, and leather. Because these materials occur naturally, every piece is unique.

You may notice slight variations in:

Wood grain and colour

Stone veining and texture

Fabric texture

Hand-applied finishes

Natural knots, character marks, and grain patterns

These natural variations are part of the beauty and character of the product and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Fabric Dye Lots

Fabric is produced in dye lots, and slight colour variations may occur between production runs. While we work to maintain consistency, an exact colour match cannot always be guaranteed for products ordered at different times.

If matching existing furniture is important, please contact us before placing your order.

Product Photography

We make every effort to accurately represent our products through photography.

However, actual colours and finishes may vary slightly due to:

Monitor and screen settings

Mobile device displays

Lighting conditions

Photography and image editing

Lifestyle photography is intended to inspire and may include accessories or décor that are not included with the product.

If colour matching is important for your project, we recommend requesting a fabric swatch or visiting one of our showrooms before ordering.

Product Care

Proper care helps preserve the appearance and extend the life of your furniture.

Each product page includes care instructions specific to that item. As general guidelines, we recommend:

Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth.

Wipe spills from hard surfaces promptly.

Blot spills on upholstered furniture immediately—do not rub.

Vacuum upholstered furniture regularly to remove dust and debris.

Use coasters, placemats, and protective pads to help prevent scratches and stains.

Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and excessive moisture.

Minimize prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to help reduce fading.

Always follow the care recommendations provided for your specific product.

Measure Before You Order

Before placing your order, carefully measure the space where your furniture will be used, including:

Doorways

Hallways

Stairwells

Elevators

Entryways

The intended room

Confirming that your furniture can be safely moved into your home before delivery helps prevent delays, additional delivery charges, or items that cannot be delivered to the desired location.

Assembly Information

Assembly requirements vary by product.

Where applicable, assembly instructions are available for download on the individual product page. Storage beds also include a dedicated Assembly & Safety Guide with important operating and safety information.

Please review all instructions before beginning assembly and retain them for future reference.
