- For any warranty or damage claims, fill out the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form on our website within 5 business days of pickup or receipt of shipment. No returns will be accepted after 5 days. You must include good-quality photographs that clearly show the defect as well as a detailed written description. We will replace the item if the situation merits it, but the delivery or pick up is the purchaser’s responsibility.
