Return Policy

Please read this important info on our Return Policy and steps needed to make a return.

All Style In Form products are manufactured with exceptional quality control. However, minor defects and damage happen occasionally. Most defects are minimal and can be cleared up easily in/store or at home.

  • Variations in colour and nominal differences in dimensions and finishes are to be expected. We do not offer exchanges or returns for these reasons.
  • Natural flaws and imperfections in wood add to a piece’s beauty and charm and should not be viewed as damages or defects.
  • Natural stone, such as marble, will vary in colour and veining; no two products will look the same.
  • Many of our items are handmade or made from natural materials. Slight imperfections are a natural part of this process. Please refer to product descriptions, notes and attributes prior to ordering to fully understand each product's unique character and design. When purchasing from Style In Form, you agree to accept the small risk that slight variations in colour, design and representation may appear on our website, social media posts, or printed materials.

Photo Accuracy

We do our best to represent our products accurately in all product photography. However, due to inconsistencies and differences in device screen settings, as well as lighting sources while viewing, we cannot guarantee that the colour seen on any screen accurately represents the true colour of the product. Please request fabric samples prior to ordering or visit our Burnaby, BC showroom.

  • Sale items and floor models are all final sale.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return.
  • We do not offer cash refunds. Credit notes are issued only on merchandise value before shipping, handling, and assembly charges.
  • Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Merchandise must be returned in unopened cartons and be in saleable condition.
  • If parts cannot be replaced easily, Style In Form will send replacement units. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) issued by Style In Form.

The Returns Process for Warranty & Damaged Goods

For any warranty or damage claims, fill out the RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) form on our website within 5 business days of pickup or receipt of shipment. No returns will be accepted after 5 days. You must include good-quality photographs that clearly show the defect as well as a detailed written description. We will replace the item if the situation merits it, but the delivery or pick up is the purchaser’s responsibility.

  1. Fill out all required information on our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form on our website
  2. Notification of your claim status will be sent within 72 business hours of the claim being received.
  3. Do not send any returns until you have received your RMA# and instructions
  4. All returns must be in their original packaging and must be in good condition for resale
  5. The purchaser is responsible for any return freight charges. Any loss during shipment is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please insure your return shipment against loss or damage and only use a carrier that can provide proof of delivery.
  6. Style In Form will provide a return address once the claim has been processed and approved.
  7. If a replacement is approved and authorized, the delivery or pickup is the original purchaser’s responsibility.
